Position: Part-Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Aegis3 Fundraising Group, a growing agency specializing in nonprofit direct mail sweepstakes fundraising, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This part-time, remote position offers the opportunity to work closely with a small team of dedicated fundraising professionals while managing the day-to-day operations of a virtual office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily virtual office operations.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, including general ledger accounting.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Billpay software for financial management.
- Handle accrual-based accounting and maintain records for multiple departments.
- Assist in ensuring smooth project completion while juggling various priorities.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Billpay software.
- Solid understanding of accrual basis general ledger accounting.
- Experience with accounting for multiple departments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in.
- Minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping and office management roles, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
